1. Background and Definitions
This document defines the general terms and conditions for the sale and use of services (hereinafter, the “Terms and Conditions”) offered by Giuseppina Deligios, based at Via Giomaria Angioi 9, 09077 Solarussa (OR, Italy), pec giuseppina.deligios@pec.it (hereinafter, “Provider”).
The user who accesses and uses the services offered by Magnifico Mondo Italiano (hereinafter, “Student”) declares that he or she has read, understands and accepts these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be posted on this page and the use of the services after such changes will constitute acceptance of such changes.
2. Subject of the Contract
Magnifico Mondo Italiano offers online courses in “opera, art cinema, Italian language and culture” through its online platform(http://magnificomondoitaliano.com/). These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of these courses.
3. Enrollment in Courses.
3.1. Enrollment Process: Enrollment in a course is done through the registration process found on the Site. The User must complete an enrollment form providing true and complete personal data.
3.2. Confirmation of Enrollment: Enrollment is considered finalized and the place in the course guaranteed only upon receipt of the amount due. A confirmation will be sent via email to the address provided by the User at the time of enrollment.
3.3. Admission Requirements: Some courses may require specific admission requirements or placement tests. You are responsible for verifying these requirements prior to enrollment.
4. Prices and Methods of Payment
4.1. Prices: The prices of the courses are indicated on the Site, on the pages dedicated to each course, and are in Euros including VAT. Magnifico Mondo Italiano reserves the right to change prices at any time, it being understood that the price applied will be the one in effect at the time of enrollment.
Method of Payment: Bank Transfer: Payment of the registration fee must be made exclusively by bank transfer to the following details:

* Reason for Transfer (MANDATORY): It is essential to include the following reason for payment to allow us to correctly associate the payment with your enrollment: “Course Enrollment [Course Name] – [Student’s Last Name]” Example: “Enrollment Opera Course – Mario Rossi”
4.3. Payment Deadlines: Specific payment deadlines for each course are indicated on the course description page and/or registration form. It is the User’s responsibility to meet these deadlines.
4.4. Non-Payment/Delay: In case of non-payment or late payment of the registration fee by the due date: Magnificent Italian World reserves the right to cancel the registration, without prior notice, and to assign the place to other students on the waiting list. Failure to receive the amount by the deadline may result in loss of the right to participate in the chosen course. There is no interest for late payment on individual courses.
4.5. Invoicing: An invoice for the course purchase will be issued upon receipt of payment and sent to the email address or PEC provided by the User during registration/enrollment.
5. Course fruition.
5.1. Mode of Fruition and Access:
Magnificent Italian World courses are conducted mainly in synchronous mode, via videoconferencing on Google Meet platform or equivalent tools.
5.2 Access to Synchronous Lectures: Upon confirmation of registration and payment, the Student will receive via email an invitation and/or link to access scheduled lecture sessions on Google Meet. It is the Student’s responsibility to verify receipt of these communications and to have the technical requirements necessary to participate in the videoconferences.
5.3 Credentials for Additional Content: If free mini-lessons, additional materials or a restricted area on the site are provided, access to such content will be through credentials (username and password) generated at the time of registration. Users are responsible for the safekeeping and confidentiality of their credentials for these sections of the site.
5.4. Instructional Content and Materials:
Instructional materials (such as handouts, exercises, lecture recordings, if provided, etc.) are provided solely for the personal use of the enrolled Student. Reproduction, distribution or any other unauthorized use of such materials is prohibited.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
6.1. Right of Withdrawal (for Consumers): If the User acts as a consumer (natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, handicraft or professional activity carried on), he/she has the right to withdraw from the contract without specifying the reason within 14 days from the date of registration or from the receipt of the confirmation of registration, unless the use of the service has not begun before the expiry of this period. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must send clear notice to Magnifico Mondo Italiano (e.g., by email to info@magnificomondoitaliano.com) within the specified period.
6.2. Refund Policy: In case of withdrawal within 14 days (if applicable): The full amount paid will be refunded, within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, using the same means of payment used by the User, unless otherwise agreed. * Commencement of Use: If the User begins use of the course (e.g., accesses classes, downloads materials) prior to the expiration of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal will lapse. * Specific Cases: There are no refunds for the Student’s failure to take the course due to causes attributable to him or her or for withdrawal after the deadline.
6.3. Cancellation of the Course by the Provider: In the rare event that Magnifico Mondo Italiano has to cancel a course for internal reasons (e.g. insufficient number of participants, unavailability of the lecturer), the User will be entitled to a full refund of the fee paid or, alternatively, the opportunity to enroll in another course of equal value.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content, instructional materials, software, Site design, and any other elements on the Magnifico Mondo Italiano platform are the exclusive property of Magnifico Mondo Italiano or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or any other unauthorized use of the content, even partial, without the prior written consent of Magnifico Mondo Italiano is prohibited.
8. User’s Responsibilities.
8.1. True Data: The User agrees to provide true, complete, and current data at the time of registration.
8.2. Personal Use: Participation in courses and access to materials are strictly personal and non-transferable.
8.3. Conduct : The User agrees to maintain respectful and cooperative conduct during classes, both synchronous and asynchronous. Using the platform for illegal purposes or in violation of the rights of Magnifico Mondo Italiano or third parties is prohibited.
8.4. Technical Requirements: It is the User’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has the necessary equipment and Internet connection to enjoy the online courses.
9. Limitation of Liability
Magnifico Mondo Italiano is committed to providing the services with the utmost diligence. However, it cannot be held responsible for inefficiencies or interruptions due to force majeure, malfunctions of the Internet network, technical problems not attributable to Magnifico Mondo Italiano, or for damages resulting from improper use of the services by the User.
10. Privacy and Personal Data Protection
The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out in compliance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR and Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended). 11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the application, interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions, the Court of Oristano, Italy shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
